Client
Princess Cruises & Club Pilates

Brief
With wellness retreats growing in popularity, Princess Cruises and Club Pilates sought to capitalize on their demographic overlap and similar brand values to breakthrough this up and coming marketing channel. The goal was to immerse members and fitness fans into an unforgettable out-of-studio experience to increase brand recall, brand loyalty and credibility for both companies.

Working with Jacklyn on this project was a true collaborative partnership. Her expertise and passion in her work resonated well not only with internal partners, but our external audience as well.

Her design skill and her creativity truly helped us push the experience to be unforgettable to the participants and impactful to the overall business between Princess and Club Pilates. We look forward to working with Jacklyn again on many endeavors as we collectively create more impactful experiences and expand our brand landscape.

Project Responsibilities:

In addition to branded products like pins, jackets, event signage and marketing communications to participants, I organized a Run of Show for the full nine days that included content capture elements for every activation, daily staff wardrobe styling, and important details to keep the team on schedule.

Along with proof of concept, this inaugural retreat was crucial for capturing photo, video and social content to both amplify the marketing results online, as well as announce subsequent years’ events to create ongoing success.

Content Production:

We collaborated with a small film crew to conceptualize a sizzle reel (above) and long form highlight video, while I personally filmed and photographed social content for live updates throughout the experience (below).
